The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-3 years proven experience in scheduling of 20-50 team members along with an understanding of timesheet and payroll processing.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Daily Scheduling of Leads, Crew, and vehicle assignments
  • Check in with Project Managers for updates on job progress and timeline changes
  • Ensure receipt of daily work orders and make available to crew leads
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure crew performance and efficiency in assigned tasks
