Summary: Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling is looking for a professional and driven addition to our construction sales department. The Sales Estimator will be based in our Milwaukee office and be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, scoping and providing estimates for construction projects and managing a project manager and the life cycle of projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in a construction related field and have outside sales experience.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Market and grow relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, facilities managers and other target audiences

Outside of emergency calls, you will be expected to clean customer’s contents.

Necessary Qualifications:

Summary: A leading company in the Disaster Repair Industry is looking to fill an immediate opening for an Emergency Response Dispatcher/Coordinator. The candidate will be primarily responding to fire and water damaged residential & commercial buildings 24/7/365. This position is responsible to provide our full range of services to the customer after the incident. They are the face of the company during a traumatic experience for customers.

Major Responsibilities:
Dispatcher: A key element in responding quickly to any scene of an emergency, is being able to monitor and discern fire/police calls for service. Responsibilities for dispatching will include:

  • Listening/monitoring online streaming of local fire and police calls for service
  • Recording accurate notes and logs of all alerts
  • Dispatching in real time Paul Davis Emergency Recovery Personnel to the property loss scenes
  • Being able to provide logistical support, when needed

Coordinator: Assuming and assigning responsibilities will be crucial when responding to an emergency. Responsibilities for the on-scene coordinator may include:

  • Taking appropriate personal protective measures
  • Notifying company resources and management of the incident
  • Initiate initial response actions, if they are the first person on the scene
